Mini Winter Wonderland
How To quickly Decorate on a Budget | Last Minute Holiday Tips | By Maritzagarcia.Website
Hi there! I'm so happy you stopped by for a visit today. Gosh, If you're anything like me. Every year you find yourself singing the same old tune of "come next Christmas" I'll be done with my Christmas shopping and decorating by November 30th. And for the past 10 years, here we are, still shopping until the very last day of Christmas Eve.
Ahhh... good thing for awesome finds with budget friendly perks in mind. I found this beautiful Tommy Bahama gift wrap paper at my local TJ Maxx home goods store for a mere $2.99 per gift wrap roll. It looks expensive and to the touch it has a wallpaper feel. I just love it!
Now. Let's talk about these gift tags people! These adorable RED CAR gift tags are a FREE Printable by Kim. Over at Today’s Creative Life. She's such a sweetheart!

This year. Everyone is going to have a designated gift tag to quickly get gifts distributed among the family come Christmas morning.
Next up. A closer look at our fireplace mantel and my handmade Christmas Stockings. These stockings took me close to 15 hours to complete. But darn. I feel so accomplished! Even though I own a sewing machine. I sadly, haven’t quite figured it out yet. Maybe I can add a New Year Resolution here. Note to Self: Take sewing classes - and pronto!
Things I used to create my own Christmas stockings:
Canvas Fabric. Felt. Brads. Needle. Thread. Lastly, my Silhouette Cameo to create my name tags. Finishing touches. Mini Clothes Pins and Greenery.
And lastly. The inexpensive store bought Holiday treats. Oh. did you think for a quick moment. I actually made them? Blushing just a little right now. Ain't nobody got time for that. Specially last minute baking! Teehee.
Even though I don't have time to bake. I care a lot of what goes on my table. We are an organic household here and sweets are a rare treat around here. I limit the amount of sugar my family consumes at home. Outside. I have no control. I only hope my constant reminders are sufficient enough that they think about what they consume out there. The cupcakes are by a company called Rubicon Bakers. They are all Natural and Handcrafted daily. Learn more HERE.
From our family to yours, we want to wish you and yours a very Happy Holiday season. Until next time friend. Happy crafting!
