Hello friend. As much as I hate to admit this. I have been a bit of a scatterbrain these past few weeks. So much so. That I just recently found out that Easter Sunday is in four days. Yikes! None-the-less I wanted to decorate and bake a few sweets n' treats with my kids and this is what I came up with today.

Mini Easter Bunny Cake

As you may clearly see. I'm no cake decorator. Still, that doesn't stop me from trying. Also, sorry there is no awesome ingredients or recipe for me to share here. Other than those found on the back of a Betty Crocker cake box. Until next time friend. Happy crafting!

Ingredients

For this easy to make at home Mini Easter Bunny Cake. I went with a Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting (Betty Crocker brand). Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (Betty Crocker brand). Edible Easter Grass in Green Apple Flavor (Target). Milk Chocolate Solid Rabbit 100% All Natural NIAGARA Chocolates (World Market) and little Temptations Jordan Almonds (T.J.Maxx).

Instructions

I used a 4" Round Cake Pan. Bake Cake as Instructed on cake box. cut my Edible Easter Grass into assorted sizes to give the look of tall grass. Next. hide a few eggs and add your Bunny to the Center of an your over-grown grass field.

I know my Mini Bunny Cake looks a bit funky. However, just remember. It's not what's on the outside that counts. It's what's on the inside. Of course I had to say. But, in my defense. I'm a crafter not a Cake Decorator -obviously.

It was so much fun baking with my 9 year old today. We can't wait to enjoy and share our mini cake with the rest of the family later tonight.
